MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________, seconded by Council Member ___________, that upon review and consideration of all documents, materials, exhibits and testimony relative to Appeal Case No. PAPP-007054-2026, the appeal of the Planning Commission approval with conditions on appeal of Density Bonus Case No.
PDBP-005269-2025, (“Density Bonus Case”), located at 3411 – 3427 Foothill Boulevard, and after having conducted a public hearing on the appeal on October 20, 2026, pursuant to the Glendale Municipal Code, 1995, and receiving testimony, the City Council of the City of Glendale, California, based upon all of the evidence in the record, hereby REVERSES the Planning Commission’s decision granting the Density Bonus Case, and DENIES the Density Bonus Case. The City Council hereby continues this matter until November 3, 2026, without further public notice, and directs the City Attorney to prepare written findings in support of denying the Density Bonus Case.
