Mayor/Chair Davis called the SPECIAL JOINT MEETING of the City Council, and Housing Authority of the City of Glendora to order at 8:00 a.m. via Zoom Video Communication, meeting ID# cityofglendora.org/zoom.

City/Agency Attorney Wynder read the agendized Closed Session title into the record as follows:
1. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code §54956.8, to enable the City Council and Housing Authority to consider negotiations with Mark Cofer, with whom City is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiator(s) Adam Raymond, Moises Lopez, Jeff Kugel, and Valerie Velasquez regarding that certain real property 122 S. Vista Bonita Avenue, APN 8638-028-010. The City’s real property negotiator will seek direction from the City Council regarding the price and terms of payment for the property.

CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code §54956.8, to enable the City Council and Housing Authority to consider negotiations with Mike Beckman, with whom City is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiator(s) Adam Raymond, Moises Lopez, Jeff Kugel, and Valerie Velasquez regarding that certain real property 108 E. Ada Avenue, APN 8639-015-001. The City’s real property negotiator will seek direction from the City Council regarding the price and terms of payment for the property.
3. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code §54956.8, to enable the City Council and Housing Authority to consider negotiations with Joachim Kederain, with whom City is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiator(s) Adam Raymond, Moises Lopez, Jeff Kugel, and Valerie Velasquez regarding that certain real property 645 Marion Place, APN 8644-003-019. The City’s real property negotiator will seek direction from the City Council regarding the price and terms of payment for the property.
Mayor/Chair Davis OPENED the Public Comment period and inquired if any requests had been received. City Clerk/Records Manager Harvey announced that no written correspondence and/or requests were received, therefore, Mayor/Chair Davis CLOSED the Public comment period.
City Council and Housing Authority recessed into Closed Session at 8:02 a.m.
RECONVENE OPEN SESSION AND ANNOUNCE ANY ACTION TAKEN
Mayor/Chair Davis adjourned Closed Session with all Members present and reconvened the meeting back into Open Session at 9:48 a.m.
City/Agency Attorney Wynder reported on Closed Sessions and announced the following: The City Council and Housing Authority met in an extended Closed Session to discuss the potential purchase and/or sale of properties listed in the agenda. There was an extensive discussion of the City’s options, questions were asked and answered, City Council provided direction and outlined a list of assignments for staff to report at a future meeting, and no reportable action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor/Chair Davis adjourned the meeting at 9:49a.m.
