CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Davis called the special meeting of the City Council of the City of Glendora to order at 8:00 p.m.

Council Members Absent: None
Staff members present: City Manager Adam Raymond, City Attorney William Wynder (via Zoom), Administrative Services Director Marie Ricci, Assistant City Manager Moises Lopez (via Zoom), and Human Resources Assistant Director Cristina Alvarez, Media Specialist Craig Gill, Senior Media Specialist Greg Morton, and City Clerk/Communications Director Kathleen Sessman
CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Wynder read the agendized Closed Session title into the record as follows:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code §54957.6 to conduct labor negotiations.
City Negotiators: City Manager Raymond, City Attorney Wynder, Administrative Services Director Ricci, Assistant City Manager Lopez, and Human Resources Assistant Director Alvarez.
Employee Organization: Glendora Police Managers Association (PMA), Glendora Police Officers Association (POA), American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Glendora Management Association (GMA), and Executive Management Team:
City Manager, Chief of Police, Library Director, Public Works Director, Community Development Director, Administrative Services Director, Community Services Director, and City Clerk/Communications Director.
Mayor Davis invited public comment and inquired if any requests had been received. There were no written correspondence and/or requests from participants wishing to provide public comment; therefore, Mayor Davis convened the meeting into closed session at 8:03 p.m.
Mayor Davis adjourned closed session and reconvened the meeting back into open session at 9:17 p.m. with all members present and requested that City Attorney Wynder report out of closed session.

following action: There was a detailed briefing by staff, questions were asked and answered, and a tentative agreement was reached with the Glendora Management Association, Glendora’s Executive Management Team, and the Glendora City Council to take the necessary action to opt out of the CalPERS Medical System.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Davis adjourned the meeting at 9:18 p.m.
