1. Conduct Interviews and Appoint Applicants to fill Expired Vacancies on City Council appointed Boards/Commissions for terms that expire on June 30, 2023 A motion was made by Michael Allawos, seconded by David J. Fredendall, City Council dispensed with the formal balloting process and appointed Don Nolan, Village Eatery to Office No. 2; Matthew Davis, Bistro Studios, Inc to Office No. 3; and Cathy Jarvis, Cathy's Wishing Well to Office No. 5, for the term of July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2027 to the Business Improvement District (BID) Advisory Board.
There were no objections.
City Council conducted interviews with new applicants, noting John Kachirisky’s withdrawal of his application for Community Services Commission and immediately following utilizing the formal balloting process made the following appointments:
