1. Conduct FY 2023-2025 Budget Workshop (Strategic Plan Goal 2 – Maintain Fiscal Stability and Sustainability)
Item was read into the record.
The FY 2023-2025 Budget Workshop was conducted.
City Council discussion included Recreation and Human Services name change; Community Development Department over-the-counter services; new positions, administrative and operations personnel retention; City website PEG Funding; increase of City grant funding from previous years – library facility and street repairs; Water, Prop A, Prop C and Gas Tax Funds future forecast; Glendora Unified School District Memorandum of Understanding; and City operational budget process preparation timeline.
