information on a Dale project that incorporates 0.5 acres for a transitional housing project and 1.5 acres for a permanent supportive housing project with wrap around services. An oral roll call vote was conducted, and the motion carried 3 - 2 as follows: AYES: Boyer, Davis, Thompson; NOES: Allawos, Fredendall; ABSENT: None; ABSTAIN: None.
