CALL TO ORDER
The City Council Special meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM.
ROLL CALL
Members Present: Karen Davis, Shaunna Elias, Mendell L. Thompson, Mayor Pro Tem Michael Allawos, Mayor David Fredendall
Members Absent: None
Staff Present: City Manager Adam Raymond, City Attorney Danny Aleshire, Assistant City Manager Moises Lopez, Deputy City Manager Marie Ricci, City Clerk/Communications Director Kathleen Sessman, Media Specialist Craig Gill, Senior Media Specialist Greg Morton, and Deputy City Clerk/Records Manager Roxanne Breceda
PUBLIC COMMENT

There was no one wishing to provide public comment.
CLOSED SESSION
Closed Session title was read into the record.
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code § 54956.9(d)(2) and (e)(1) because there is a significant exposure to litigation but which the City believes are not yet known to a potential plaintiff or plaintiffs, which facts and circumstances need not be disclosed.
City Clerk/Communications Director Sessman announced for the record that the report out from Closed Session would occur during the Regular General Session meeting scheduled for 7:00 PM.
The City Council recessed into Closed Session at 6:02 PM and adjourned Closed Session at 7:17 PM. At 7:18 PM the Mayor called the Regular General Session to order with all members present and requested a report from Closed Session. City Attorney Aleshire reported that a privileged and confidential discussion was held, and there was no reportable action taken.
