Ebeling, Public Works Director, George Thomson, Parks and Open Space Manager, Melissa Nelson, Environmental Services Manager, and Derek Rapp, Stantec Consulting, provided a presentation titled, "Public Works Department Priority-Setting Workshop and FY 2022-23 Annual Work Program,” dated May 6, 2022 (presentation on file).
