I am writing to to express my protest on the solid waste rate increase. I am the home owner at 6273 Avenida Gorrion. I don’t believe that is necessary at this time. With all of the other increases in electricity, gas and water, not to mention the outrageous gasoline prices, I don’t believe that home owners can afford another increase.
