CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Perotte called the meeting to order at 5:05 P.M., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL OF CITY COUNCIL
PRESENT: Mayor Perotte, Mayor Pro Tempore Kasdin, Councilmembers Aceves, Kyriaco, and Richards
ABSENT: None
Mayor Perotte commented on the tragedy that occurred at the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde Texas on May 24 , 2022 , and reported that she would normally call for a Moment of Silence, instead today the Mayor has asked that we all raise our collective voices and say “Enough” . Mayor Pro Tempore Kasdin, Councilmembers Aceves, Kyriaco and Richards also commented on t he tragedy that occurred at the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde Texas on May 24, 2022.

Michelle Greene, City Manager, reminded the public that they can call 211 to receive a referral to a variety of mental health support services.

MOTION: Councilmembers Aceves /Kyriaco to adopt the Annual Work Program for Fiscal Year 2022/23 for the General Services Department as amended.
VOTE: Motion approved by the following roll call vote: Ayes: Mayor Perotte, Mayor Pro Tempore Kasdin, Councilmembers Aceves, Kyriaco, and Richards. Noes: None.

MOTION: Councilmembers Richards /Kyriaco to adopt an Annual Work Program for FY 2022/23 for the Finance Department , as
amended.
VOTE: Motion approved by the following roll call vote: Ayes: Mayor Perotte, Mayor Pro Tempore Kasdin, Councilmembers Aceves, Kyriaco, and Richards. Noes: None.

Mayor Pro Tempore Kasdin left the meeting at 9:00 p.m.
MOTION: Councilmembers Richards/Kyriaco to adopt an Annual Work Program for FY 2022/23 for the City Manager Department, as amended.
VOTE: Motion approved by the following roll call vote: Ayes: Mayor Perotte, Councilmembers Aceves, Kyriaco, and Richards. Noes:
