Mayor Perotte called the meeting to order at 10:00 A.M., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

A.1 Resolution Ratifying Proclamation of Local Emergency Du e to January 2023 Storm Event
Adopt Resolution No. 23-__ entitled, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California Ratifying a Proclamation of the Existence of a Local Emergency."
Resolution Ratifying and Extending Proclamation of Local Emergency Due to January 2023 Storm Event
Staff Speaker:
Robert Nisbet, City Manager indicated that the City Council will receive a report on the City's response to the January 2023 Storm Event at the City Council meeting on January 17, 2023.

MOTION: Councilmembers Kasdin /Reyes-Martίn to adopt Resolution No. 23-01 entitled, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California Ratifying a Proclamation of the Existence of a Local Emergency."
VOTE: Motion approved by the following roll call vote: Ayes: Mayor Perotte, Mayor Pro Tempore Richards, Council members Kasdin, Kyriaco and Reyes-Martίn. Noes: None.
