The entries for funds requested for backpacks and school supplies should be in the Supplies line and not in the Marketing line. We do not use these funds for marketing or advertising. We apologize for the error.

They also state scholarships for 1/2 of students. I need clarification.” We are asking for funding to help with the costs associated with running the Camp Stow Program and our Summer Concert Series. We offer scholarships to children who meet certain state requirements. Each of these programs cost in excess of the amount we are requesting and we plan to fundraise in other ways to shore up the difference. I've included the budget narrative here from our application for easy reference. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Salaries/Payroll Taxes: $14,000 total projected next year for Staff-Camp Stow and Concert Series
Consultants/Contracts: $3,500 total projected next year-$3,000 for bands and $500 for Camp Stow
Facilities, Utilities, Maintenance: $1,000 total for janitorial and gardener clean-up Camp Stow and Concert Series
Supplies: $3,000 total photography, printing, decorations and food and drink for Camp Stow and Concert Series
Marketing: $500 for advertising Camp Stow and Concert Series Equipment: $3,000 for rental of sound system for Concert Series.
