CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Perotte called the meeting to order at 4:01 P.M., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance, and roll call of the City Council.

Staff Speaker:
Peter Imhof, Planning & Environmental Review Director, shared background on the draft letter to the County of Santa Barbara regarding the County's Draft 6th Cycle Housing Element.
Public Speakers:
Mary O'Gorman, Mark Preston, Fermina Murray, Janet Wolf, Carter Morgan, and Kitty Christen spoke in support of transmitting the County 6th Cycle Draft Housing Element Comment Letter to the County of Santa Barbara.
All public comment received online:
Carter and W endy Morgan, Eric C. Heidner, Jennifer Fullerton, Melanie Rogers, Dennis and Kathleen Kittle, Andrea B. Haupt, David Gaughen, Christina and David Prichard, and Marell Brooks, President of the Citizens Planning Association.
MOTION: Mayor Pro Tempore Richards/Councilmember Kasdin to authorize the Mayor and Councilmembers to sign and staff to transmit a County 6 th Cycle Draft Housing Element comment letter to Santa Barbara County, as amended.
VOTE: Motion approved by the following roll call vote: Ayes: Mayor Perotte, Mayor Pro Tempore Richards, Councilmembers Kasdin, Kyriaco, and Reyes-Martín Noes: None.
