At the conclusion of all presentations the following motion was made:
MOTION: Councilmembers Kyriaco/Kasdin to adopt the Annual Work Programs for FY 2023-24 for the City Manager, General Services and Neighborhood Services Department.
VOTE: Motion approved by the following roll call vote: Ayes: Mayor Perotte, Mayor Pro Tempore Richards, Councilmembers Kasdin, Kyriaco and Reyes-Martín. Noes: None.
