As the Planning Commission considers the recommendation to build a multi-use commercial building on Storke & Santa Felicia please conduct a thorough study of traffic patterns, pedestrian use, & cyclist use throughout DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE DAY, ON WEEKENDS, AND AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR ALL AROUND the block encompassing Girsh Park.
Drivers have illegally passed me on Pacific Oaks at speeds over 50 mph.
Pedestrians dart across Phelps, Storke, PAC Oaks, & Santa Felicia.
There are no red zones or parking citation patrols on evenings & weekends.
There is not adequate parking around Girsh to accommodate evening & weekend sports.
Consider:
-a stoplight & crosswalk at Storke/Santa Felicia
-redzones around Girsh
