Attached is a packet of information for the January 16, 2024 City Council Meeting. As the representative of 95 homeowners, I would appreciate this letter and photos being forwarded to our Council members as testimony for the Council to re-consider a high priority for resurfacing the south side of Phelps Rd between Pacific Oaks and Storke Rd which has been in deplorable condition for well over five years now. Phelps Rd is the major access road for hundreds of homes and apartments in this area, and that's why we are asking for your help with putting the Phelps Rd resurfacing date at the top of your list.
