In accordance with the provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act (GC § 54950 et seq .), no action or discussion may take place by the Council on any item not on the posted agenda. The Council may respond to statements made or questions asked, and may direct the staff to report back on the topic at a future meeting.

A. Conduct candidate interviews for the Historic Preservation Commission, Public Engagement Commission and the Library Advisory Commission; and
B. Select two nominees for the Historic Preservation Commission Mayoral Appointment; and
C. Select one nominee (Youth Member) for the Public Engagement Commission Mayoral Appointment; and
D. Select two nominees for the Library Advisory Commission Mayoral Appointment, one City of Goleta resident and one Unincorporated resident; and
E. Continue this item to the December 2, 2025, City Council meeting for ratification of two Mayoral Appointments to the Historic Preservation Commission one Mayoral Appointment to the Public Engagement Commission (Youth Member) and two Mayoral Appointments to the Library Advisory Commission.
