NOTICE OF RECOMMENDED CONTINUANCE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the public hearing item below that was scheduled to be heard on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. will be recommended for continuance to a future City Council meeting pursuant to Government Code Section 54955.1.
If the continuance is granted, no substantive consideration of the item is anticipated at the May 19, 2026 meeting.

C.2 2026 Development Impact Fee Program Update
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Adopt Council Resolution No. 26-___ entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Approving the 2026 Development Impact Fee Program Update Report and Updated Development Impact Fees Pursuant to the Mitigation Fee Act and Finding that the Resolution is Exempt Under the California Environmental Quality Act.”
City staff intends to recommend that the City Council continue this public hearing item to the regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
