Annual & Lifecycle Gas and Electricity Savings
If there are negative kWh savings it is due to electrification—gas equipment replaced with electric equipment zeroes out therms, but increases kWh. As electricity is increasingly powered by clean energy, electrification reduces emissions and moves the region closer to meeting climate goals.

GHG savings are not included in this report, as that data is only available at the regional level due how the data is reported to the CA Public Utilities Commission.
