RESOLUTION NO. 2022-03
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GONZALES
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF GONZALES AND THE
PAINTERS & ALLIED TRADES, DISTRICT COUNCIL 36, ON BEHALF OF
CALPRO, THE CALIFORNIA PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES, LOCAL UNION #2345 FOR 2022 THRU 2024
WHEREAS, the City and the Painters & Allied Trades District Council 36 (Public Works Employees Bargaining Unit hereinafter referred to as the Union) have agreed to the terms and conditions of a Memorandum of Understanding for the years 2022 thru 2024 for non-management or supervising regular field employee classifications such as Mechanic I, Mechanic II, Maintenance Worker, and Public Works Technician.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gonzales that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City of Gonzales, to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the Painters & Allied Trades District Council 36 Bargaining Unit for the years 2022 thru 2024, in the form of the document hereunto attached and marked Exhibit A and by reference made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Gonzales at a regular meeting duly held on the 18
th day of January, 2022 by the following vote:
