A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GONZALES
EXTENDING THE EXPIRATION DATE FOR THE TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP FOR
THE RC FARMS MINOR SUBDIVISION BY ONE YEAR
WHEREAS, the Gonzales City Council, by Resolution No. 2019-26, conditionally approved a Tentative Parcel Map (the “TM”) for the RC Farms Minor Subdivision (the “Project”) on March 18, 2019 for RC Farms (the Subdivider); whereby this TM, in accordance with California Government Code section 66452.6(a)(1), is scheduled to expire on March 1, 2022; and WHEREAS, Government Code Section 66452(e) and City of Gonzales Municipal Code Section 13.08.080 enable the City to extend the Project’s TM for one more year beyond the initial 24-month original TM approval period; and
WHEREAS, the City has been in contact with RC Farms and inquired about the ownership structure of the involved parcels; and
WHEREAS, a draft final map for the Project was submitted by the Subdivider to the City in 2019 and was reviewed by the City Surveyor with revisions and signatures needed to finalize it for City approval and recording; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to approve a second extension of the TM as provided by California Government Code section 66452.6(e) and the City of Gonzales Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Gonzales City Council that the TM for the RC Farms Minor Subdivision is hereby granted a time extension of one more year commencing March 1, 2022, to expire on March 1, 2023.
