RESOLUTION NO. 2022-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GONZALES AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A $205,000 AMENDMENT WITH CSG CONSULTING
TO INCLUDE BUILDING OFFICIAL DUTIES UNDER THEIR AGREEMENT FOR
BUILDING PLAN REVIEW AND INSPECTION SERVICES AND EXTEND THE TERM OF THEIR CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT TO DECEMBER 31, 2024.
WHEREAS, CSG Consulting provides building plan review and building inspection services to the city under their current agreement executed on October 17, 2016; and WHEREAS, due to adjustments in personnel in the Community Development Department, CSG Consulting provided a proposal to perform Building Official and Building Technician services; and
WHEREAS, City staff reviewed CSG’s proposal and recommended that the City Council approve a Contract Amendment; and
WHEREAS, City staff also recommended that the term of CSG’s consulting services agreement be extended to December 31, 2024.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gonzales Authorizes Execution of a $205,000 Amendment with CSG Consulting to include Building Official duties under their Agreement for building plan review and inspection services, and extend the term of their Consulting Services Agreement to December 31, 2024.
