I attended elementary, grade school, and high school in Gonzales. In 2008, I obtained my Paralegal Studies certification from Arizona Western College in Yuma, Arizona. In 2013, my Bachelors of Science Degree from Colombia Southern University in Criminal Justice Administration. Currently, I am the Sr. Human Resources Manager for Mann Packing, Co. a joint venture for Fresh Del Monte. I provide the business support in mitigating risk, developing policies, and strategic planning. I collaborate with the key stakeholders of the company to ensure our Human Resources strategy supports the overall business goals of the organization.
