On Earth Day, Salinas Valley Recycles came for the day to teach the students about how they could contribute to a cleaner more sustainable planet. Students also learned how to put their food scraps in the food waste pails. They learned about the items that could be recycled and which ones couldn’t. It was a fun-filled week.
