City staff continues to work with Pembrook Development Group and Jackson Family Investments on SOI development project(s). Another project in the city’s Sphere of Influence but just outside of city limits includes the Rianda Family Trust proposal for an agricultural cooler on Gloria Road.
The recently proposed cooler project has the potential of employing nearly 1,000 employees, yet will have the effect of Jackson Family Investments needing to modify the Puente Del Monte Specific Plan proposal that has been formulating for several years.
