Dear Mr. Dobbins:
Thank you for the opportunity to provide this proposal for assisting the City with Slurry Seal CM and Inspection Services
Project Understanding
The City of Gonzales is interested in services to assist the City with the construction management and inspection services during the construction of the Slurry Seal Construction Contract Scope of Work
MNS proposes to perform the following services:
1) MNS will provide Contract Administration
2) MNS will provide Construction Inspection
3) MNS will review Contractor Submittals
4) MNS will provide Photo Documentation
5) MNS will review and recommend Progress Payments
6) MNS will provide Construction Reports
7) MNS will measure Construction Quantities
8) MNS will track Extra Work
9) MNS will coordinate with City Materials Testing Firm 10) MNS will prepare a Punch List
Compensation
Based on our understanding of the requirements, we have estimated that the following fee will be required for this scope of services. It should be noted that this is a preliminary opinion only and is provided on a time and materials basis, however we will not exceed the fee without confirmation in writing from the City.
Time and Materials $ 28,800
