Amendment No. 2 to the Consulting Services Agreement Between City of Gonzales and Swinerton Management & Consulting
For Program/Construction Management Services
on the Gonzales Community Center Complex Project
This is an Amendment to the Consulting Services Agreement dated May 3, 2021, between the City of Gonzales, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and Swinerton Management & Consulting ("Consultant”) regarding Program/Construction Management Services for the Community Center Complex Project. Amendments to the Agreement are anticipated for costs for services for each fiscal year during the term of the Agreement.
City and Consultant agree to the following revisions to the Agreement:
Section 1 - Services
Services will now include Program Management efforts during Fiscal Year 2022/23 as outlined in the Swinerton’s May 2, 2022 letter proposal (copy attached) as authorized at the July 18, 2022 City Council Meeting.
Section 2 – Compensation
City will pay Consultant an additional sum of $700,000 on an hourly not-to-exceed basis for the approved scope of work based on the estimated fee and hourly fee schedule presented in Swinerton’s May 2, 2022 letter proposal.
In all other respects, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
