It has been a pleasure providing Swinerton Management & Consulting Program Management services on your Community Center Complex, over the course of this last year. Per your request, attached is a copy of Swinerton’s Fee proposal for the 3rd Amendment to our agreement for Program Management services, from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. During this period, we will assist with the DBE procurement process, grant management, scheduling, budget management and design management in the Spring 2023. Attached is a cost breakdown for these services totaling $700,000.
This includes a budget allowance of $50,000 for Group 4 to provide architectural assistance during the DBE procurement and design phase.
