SUBJECT: Self-Introduction of the D.R. Horton Team and of Their Interest in the D’Arrigo 138.4 Project Site, Formerly Known as Rincon Villages
Attached is a one-page introduction of the D.R. Horton contact persons and a brief introduction of the project site and its current development potential.
D.R. Horton has shared that they wish to learn about the community and gather feedback as they review the site and the City’s General Plan vision, objectives, and policies. They have also expressed a willingness for outreach and community engagement as they enhance the plan for development and determine economic feasibility.
This evening, D.R. Horton will introduce themselves, display a presentation on the Chamber screens, and then ask for questions and input from the Planning Commission and City Council.
This meeting is for discovery and information sharing only, no actions or decision making are to be taken.
