In 2011, a consultant prepared
the Rincon Villages plan for the
City of Gonzales. This plan
included 680 residential units
(610 single family and 70 multifamily), park and recreation facilities, open space, and a
school on the 138.4-acre site.
D.R. Horton is working on
enhancing the plan.
What is the status of the
project?
The subdivision map for the
previously approved plan has
expired. D.R. Horton is
conducting initial due diligence to
see if the project is economically
feasible to be built today.
Would the project be Green?
Yes! Standard solar, low water use landscaping and faucets, electric vehicle prepared garages, energy-saving design features, and stormwater treatment areas would all be green features of the project.
