Briefly describe your vision for the City of Gonzales, and explain how you would like Gonzales to be like in 10 years?
As a long time resident, my ten year vision of Gonzales is one with that includes sustainable growth, more schools and a thriving economy while conserving the 'Gonzales Way'.
Briefly state why you want to serve on the Planning Commission, and what are your qualifications for this appointment?
I lived in Gonzales for over 40 years and had the opportunity to work for the City for 13 of those years.
During that time I've been able to see the city through the eyes of a resident and as a community servant.
As a resident, I want to serve as a Commissioner because this is where I want to retire, where I'm hoping my children will set roots and what happens in Gonzales matters to me. As a previous comunity servant, I believe to have experience and understanding on the planning and development of a city, I believe my have a lot to offer the Planning Commission as an city stake holder and experienced city servant.
