Amendment No. 1 to Consulting Services Agreement
Between the City of Gonzales and Polaris Consulting
For City Surveyor Services
This is an Amendment to the Agreement dated February 18, 2020 between the City of Gonzales, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and Polaris Consulting ("Consultant”) for City Surveyor Services.
City and Consultant agree to the following changes to the Agreement:
Section 1.1 – Term of Services
The Term of the Agreement shall be extended to June 30, 2026.
Section 2 - Compensation
The consultant’s not-to-exceed fee shall be $120,000.
In all other respects, the terms of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
