RESOLUTION NO. 2023-06
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GONZALES
RECOGNIZING THE GONZALES MEDICAL CENTER FOR ITS COMMITMENT
AND EXCELLENCE TO THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF
THE RESIDENTS OF GONZALES
WHEREAS, the Gonzales Medical Center has been in operation since August 22, 2016; and WHEREAS, during that time, the Gonzales Medical Center has shown an unwavering commitment to the health and well-being of the community of Gonzales; and WHEREAS, the Gonzales Medical Center continues to go above and beyond for the local residents, and has recently relocated to 133 Fourth Street; and WHEREAS, the Gonzales Medical Center prides itself in serving the local agricultual community and underserved patients; and
WHEREAS, the Gonzales Medical Center continues to provide quality medical care and services to those most in need; and
WHEREAS, through the COVID-19 pandemic, they continued to provide essential services that were accessible and affordable; and
WHEREAS, their dedication and hard work have made a significant impact on the lives of those in need and have enabled those facing medical hardship to recover and get back to living a happy and healthy life.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gonzales hereby expresses its utmost gratitude to the Gonzales Medical Center and its entire staff, and looks forward to future collaborations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Gonzales duly held on the 6th day of February 2023, by the following vote:
