RESOLUTION NO. 2023-07
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GONZALES
ESTABLISHING AN ON-CALL CONSULTANT LIST
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, City staff determined it’s appropriate to seek qualifications from interested consulting firms due to the number of current and expected capital projects in Gonzales; and
WHEREAS, Staff released a Request for Qualifications for Professional Services on September 12, 2022, and received Statement of Qualifications from 16 consulting firms by the October 27, 2022 deadline; and
WHEREAS, Addendum No. 1 added design of bus stop improvements to the desired consultant expertise as Monterey Salinas Transit is planning to “piggy-back” off the city’s on-call consultant list to engage a firm to prepare construction documents for bus stop improvements in the cities of Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield, and other cities in Monterey County, and
WHEREAS, City staff reviewed the submitted SOQs and deemed them all responsive and recommends establishment of an On-Call Consultant List for the next three years comprised of the following firms listed in alphabetical order:

• Cannon Associates
• Dudek
• GHD
• Harris Associates
• In Studio Architecture
• MNS
• NV5
• Polaris Consulting
• Psomas
• Schaaf & Wheeler
• TRC
• Verde Design
• Wallace Group
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the above On-Call Consultant List is approved for the next three years.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Gonzales duly held on the 6
th day of February 2023, by the following vote:
