RESOLUTION NO. 2023-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GONZALES
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GONZALES CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023
WHEREAS, each year the City maintains job descriptions for each position and a Summary of Job Classifications and Salary Schedule that sets forth all existing job classifications and salary steps; and
WHEREAS, the adoption of an annual Summary of Job Classifications and Salary Schedule is required by CalPERS; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to memorialize COLA increase already approved and contained in the employee group MOU’s.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gonzales hereby approves an amendment to the City’s FY 2022-2023 Classification Plan in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, and by this reference, incorporated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Soledad at a regular meeting duly held on the 6th day of February 2023, by the following vote:
