We have reviewed your request for financial assistance for the above referenced project.
We have determined apieur proposal i el able cants i by shiy der amination does not constitute a commitment of funds to the project. A funding commitment will come with approval of a full application.
If you decide to proceed with a full application, we suggest that you file a formal application with us as soon as possible. Based upon the funds available for this program and the number of applications reviewed, or pending, we anticipate that funds could be available during Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2023, or 2024, depending upon the number of complete applications that are filed this year. In your application, you requested approximately $8,000,000 in Federal funding. Although we will need to analyze the amount in more detail, we are agreeable to consideration of this amount in the formal application.
You are advised against taking any actions or incurring any obligations that would have an adverse effect on the environment. Satisfactory completion of the environmental review process must occur prior to the issuance of the Letter of Conditions and any funding proposal.
An Application Conference will be necessary to discuss the items needed in a full application. At this meeting, we will be going over the items the application; preliminary engineering report; environmental; and to complete site inspection.
