SUBJECT: Notice of Intent to Award Design/Build Contract for the Community Center Complex Project
Having recently completed the Request for Proposal process to select a Design/Build Entity for the Gonzales Community Center Complex Project, City staff intends to recommend to the Gonzales City Council at their June 5, 2023 Meeting authorization to award the Design-Build Contract for the subject project to the Otto Construction/WRNS team.
When the Design-Build Contract is approved by the City Council, staff will issue a formal Notice of Award along with the Contract Agreement for execution.
