Description
We hereby propose to furnish the material installations and provide the labor necessary for the completion of the following specified in the scope of work.
Amount
Scope of Work: Installation of a new Raypak boiler.
1. Disconnect the plumbing of the existing boiler
2. Remove the existing boiler from the pool room equipment
3. Rent the equipment necessary for the removal of the existing boiler as well as for the installation of the new boiler
4. If necessary the Pool Maintenance crew will be asked to remove some of the fencing
5. Install the new Raypak boiler P1262C Raypak Hi-Delta pool heater 1260BTU
6. Reroute the plumbing for the new installation
*Note: GIS Plumbing, Inc. will not be responsible for disposing of the existing dumpster at the boiler.

**Note:
GIS Plumbing, Inc is not responsible for the plumbing labor previously completed at this location.
If, during the work process, any existing pipes or sensors are found to be damaged, or in the direct path of the new plumbing installation, reparation or other needed actions regarding the plumbing will result in an additional charge.
For any unforeseen issues that may arise, the job will come to a halt until both parties are in agreement.
Rough material and labor installation cost Total: $69,580.00 *Please note that this price is only guaranteed for a period of two weeks beginning on July 26, 2023. This is only an estimate, the price may be subject to change at any time due to an increase in material prices.
