Therefore, the proposed amendments set forth in Chapter 11.56 are exempt from environmental analysis per California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 1506l{b)(3); and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends, based on the whole record, that the City Council approve the proposed Code Amendment adding Chapter 11.56.
NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the City of Gonzales recommends that based on the recitals set forth above, the City Council should adopt Ordinance 2023-140, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and by this reference incorporated herein.
