Greenfield News, Soledad Bee, and its regular meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the

connection with the lease financing, the
City will lease certain real property and
I certify (or declare) under penalty of improvements to the Authority, and the Authority will lease such property back
perjury that the forgoing is true and to the City.

correct. proposed lease financing may either
appear in person at the public hearing or
submit written comments which must
