NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the City of Gonzales, a municipal corporation, on February 7, 2022, entered into a contract with Alltech Services wherein said contractor agreed to complete all work for the City Hall & Police Department Generator Replacement Project according to plans and specifications furnished by the City of Gonzales.
That the work under said contract was actually completed by the contractor, or assignee, and accepted by the City of Gonzales on May 9, 2024. Project is on publicly owned property and the property interest of the City of Gonzales is in fee. That the property involved in said contract is situated in the City of Gonzales, County of Monterey, State of California, and the work consisted of:
• Procurement of new emergency generators for City Hall, Police Station and the California Breeze Sewer Lift Station
• Removal of emergency generators at City Hall, Police Station and the California Breeze Sewer Lift Station
• Installation new emergency generators at City Hall, Police Station and the California Breeze Sewer Lift Station
