The City Council will recess to closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 to give instructions to the City’s negotiator concerning the exchange/lease/acquisition of property located at Assessor Parcel Numbers 223-031-024 and 223-031-025. Instructions will include price and terms of payment.
