Kutak Rock LLP is pleased to provide you our fee proposal to serve as Bond Counsel to the City of Gonzales on its proposed interim/bridge loan for the City’s Industrial Wastewater System construction project.
Our proposed fee for serving as Bond Counsel is $25,000. Our fee is fully contingent on the issuance of the loan and we do not seek reimbursement of any costs in connection with our engagement.
