Task Order No. 3 to Consulting Services Agreement Between City of Gonzales and MNS Engineers for Program and Construction Management Services for Wastewater Projects
This is an Amendment to the Consulting Services Agreement dated March 18, 2024 between the City of Gonzales, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and MNS Engineers ("Consultant”) for Program and Construction Management Services for Wastewater Projects.
City and Consultant agree to the following changes to the Agreement:
Section 1 - Services
Services will now include Environmental Monitoring during construction of the Industrial Wastewater System as outlined in MNS Engineers’ September 23, 2024 letter proposal (copy attached). MNS’s scope of work under this Task Order includes:
1. Worker Environmental Awareness Training
2. Pre-Construction Meeting Attendance
3. Preconstruction Surveys for Nesting Birds and Burrowing Owls
4. Paleontological Monitoring, required during groundwork at a depth greater than 5 feet.
5. Tracking the project-specific Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program Section 2 - Compensation
City will pay Consultant an additional sum of $240,000 on an hourly not-to-exceed basis.
In all other respects, the terms of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
