Task Order No. 2 to Consulting Services Agreement Between City of Gonzales and Professional Service Industries, Inc. for Additional Material Testing and Special Inspections
for the Community Center Complex Project
This is an Amendment to the Consulting Services Agreement dated May 6, 2024 between the City of Gonzales ('City"), a municipal corporation of the State of California and Professional Service Industries, Inc. ("Consultant") for Material Testing and Special Inspections for the Community Center Complex Project.
City and Consultant agree to the following adjustments to the Consulting Services Agreement:
Section 1 - Services
This Task Order extends the Consultant's Material Testing and Special Inspections as originally authorized under Task Order No. 1 as part of the executed Consulting Services Agreement as outlined in the Consultant's November 20, 2024 letter proposal (copy attached).
Section 2 - Compensation
City will pay Consultant an additional sum of $72,000 on an hourly not-to-exceed basis.
In all other respects, the terms of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
