Professional Service Industries, Inc., (PSI), has been providing special inspection and materials testing services for the Gonzales Community Center project in Gonzales, CA. It has been determined the project will required additional inspections to complete the project. The additional inspections will require a change order for special inspections and materials testing. Page 2 includes a summary of the estimated cost to cover the additional inspections.
PSI estimatesthat a change order in the amount of $64,658.50 will be required to compensate actual amount of work estimated to be performed on this scope of work. This will bring the total testing and inspection amount to $199,658.50. Please contact the undersigned with any questions.
