Amendment to Task Order 1 to Consulting Services Agreement Between City of Gonzales and Dudek for
Design Services on the Industrial Wastewater Project
This is an Amendment to Task Order 1 under the Consulting Services Agreement (“Agreement”) dated June 17, 2024 between the City of Gonzales ("City"), a municipal corporation of the State of California and Dudek ("Consultant”) for Design Services on the Industrial Wastewater Project.
City and Consultant agree to the following Amendment to Task Order 1 under the executed Agreement:
Section 1 - Services
This Task Order extends Dudek’s Design services as originally authorized under Task Order 1 as outlined in Dudek’s December 9, 2024 letter proposal (copy attached).
Section 2 - Compensation
City will pay Consultant an additional sum of $59,805 on an hourly not-to-exceed basis.
In all other respects, the terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
