Exhibit ‘A’
Amendment No. 5
This is an Amendment to the Lease Agreement dated January 4, 2016, between the City of Gonzales, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("Landlord") and Laboratory Corporation of America, Delaware corporation ("Tenant”) regarding the space at 133 Fourth Street, Gonzales, CA 93926.
Landlord and Tenant agree to the following changes to the Agreement:
Section 2. Term
The current Lease term set to expire April 1, 2025, is hereby extended through March 31, 2027.
Section 17 regarding termination remains in effect providing for 90-day notice by either party to terminate this Lease.
Section 4. Lease Payments
Rent for the period of April 1, 2025, through and March 31, 2026, shall be eight hundred and fifty dollars ($850) per month.
Rent for the period of April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, shall be nine hundred dollars ($900) per month.
In all other respects, the terms of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
