Subject: Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility - Notice to Proceed with Construction You are notified that the Contract Time forthe above project will commence on July 1, 2025. You are to start performing your obligations pursuant to the Contract Documents.
Prior to the Notice to Proceed, a pre-construction conference will be held at the City offices to discuss the scope of work, Contract drawings, Specifications, existing conditions, materials to be ordered, equipment to be used, and all essential matters pertaining to the prosecution of and the satisfactory completion of the project as required. The Contractor’s representative at this conference shall include all major superintendentsfor the work and may include major Subcontractors.
