NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Gonzales, a municipal corporation, entered a contract on September 24, 2024, with Sierra Construction & Excavation for the Industrial Wastewater Pipeline Project, in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the City and its engineering consultants. The work under this contract was completed by the contractor (or assignee) and officially accepted by the City of Gonzales on July 21, 2025.
The project was completed on publicly owned property, and the City of Gonzales holds fee title to the property. The property is located within the City of Gonzales, County of Monterey, State of California. The scope of work included:
• Installation of 8,500 linear feet of 27-inch diameter PVC wastewater pipeline • Installation of 2,300 linear feet of 24-inch diameter PVC wastewater pipeline • Installation of 21 manholes to facilitate inspection and maintenance • Completion of all related earthwork, connections, testing, and restoration City of Gonzales
